I am thoroughly disgusted by my experience at Elliot's Family Hair Styling. My hair is fried, orange, and completely un-even. It was apparent during my 5 HOUR session, that my hair stylist had no idea what she was doing. I was charged $80.00 for this! I spoke with the supervisor and asked for a refund: She was extremely rude, reprimanded me for bothering her on her day off, and blamed me for the problem. Not only did she continue to speak over me, she stated that there was NO way I would get a refund. The amount of disrespect and attitude I have encountered while trying to resolve this issue is astounding.
