All the figures they give me before using them were accurate even up to the closing date. I'm so relieved to be able to deal with a friendly staff that was there for my convenience. Honesty in this business I have found is hard to find being from out of state. I would recommend anyone to them. A business run like this based on old fashion values where the customer is more than just a credit score makes all the difference. Their 100% rural housing loan made it an easy transition for me and my family from renting to owning a new home. Words really can't describe how informative they were throughout the process. And I feel at anytime I can call them for any questions and get quick help without having to talk to an answering machine.
