I don't know why anyone had a bad day here. I have had my nails done numberous times along with a pedicure and each time had great results. Vegas Nails does not do the upper end services. I will go no where else than Beauti Nails.

My brother & I bought a Manicure/Pedicure (w/foot massage) for our mother last Mother's Day--just in time for Spring/flip-flop season! She absolutely LOVED IT, and we are going to do the same this year. However, we might give it to her now, as it appears Spring has sprung early this year! Mom said the whole experience was EXCELLENT! The previous review is from way back in 2009, and was probably an isolated incident. It's also likely that BeautiNails as a business has learned and improved from its startup (it's a fairly new business in town). Give them a try--great customer service also, in our experience.

I had the worst experience ever at this salon and when I tried to bring it up to the manager, I was not even allowed to speak and was told I must have done something wrong. I live 75 miles away from Owatonna and was in town getting ready for my brothers wedding. I went to get a deluxe pedicure and manicure on Thursday morning. I spent almost $70 with a tip and was given FAIR service. I let my nails dry twice through the nail dryer and then left. By the time I got to the wedding in SD, I needed to have my nails redone because they looked horrible. I called to ask to speak to a manager early the next week to make her aware of the situation and see what she was going to do about it. She told me I could drive 160 miles to have them repaint my nails but they would not refund any of my money because it takes a lot of time and I must have worn tennis shoes and that without artifical nails, a french manicure wouldnt last until the next day. I have to tell you that my step mother went to VEGAS NAILS in Owatonna right by this salon and she got amazing service, and her nails looked amazing and lasted perfectly. It is actually cheaper too! I am sorry Beauti Nails; however, not everyone is out to scam you out of money like you were telling me on the phone.
