      Sparkling Fountain is a wonderful Home Plus residential facility with the home style feeling. The owners and staff are compassionate medical professionals who know how to work with my late stage dementia mom. The home is beautiful and they provide the security, experienced care and consistency she needs to be happy, which makes us happy. Thank you for taking excellent care of my mom!

      We are an adult care facility licensed by the Kansas Department of Aging and operated by two Registered Nurses.We specialize in matching our residents needs with a loving and caring home like environment that supports their unique needs, and allows them to achieve self dignity and pride in what they can achieve or accomplish when surrounded by well trained loving people.We are committed in helping our residents live their lives to the fullest by individualizing care, and creating a family atmosphere that creates a better tomorrow.
