We found the front office staff to be unfriendly and most of the medical staff to not be very empathetic. We also did not like that every time we needed to have blood work done we had to drive to a separate lab at a very inconvenient location and then wait a week (or more) for the results to come back. At our new pediatrician the blood is drawn right there in the office and then we hear results within minutes. For a mother of a son that is slightly anemic, the latter is obviously preferable.
