Very disappointing. Has not lived up to the commitments he set forth. I was initially very satisfied with the work that was done to replace my driveway, path, and steps up to my house. Michael then offered to diamond cut and stain my driveway but after many months has not completed what he promised to do. There was a period where he did not respond to emails or voice-mails. He finally answered one of my calls and I have since talked to him a couple of times where promises were made but still have not been fulfilled. I was given what may have been legitimate reasons but all I asked was that he stayed in touch and communicated. He never once has. I always have had to reach out to him. I am done trying to track him down. Not a good way to run a business.
