Innovative rocks!!! I worked with Austin and after getting denied by my insurance he helped me file for a reinspect. Not only did I get a new roof but they paid to have my entire house painted, new gutters and a brand new BBQ grille and Outdoor heater. I highly recommend using Innovative for any contracting needs.

We had a damaged roof from the tonado and interviewed contractors for the replacement job. Of all the contractors I talked to, this one makes me the most comfortable. The representative seems to be knowledgeable, know their business, always make your concern theirs, provides the best kind of services, and offers the most competitive price.

This past April a hailstorm came through our community and did extensive damage to our home. After being contacted by numerous contractors/roofers my wife and I choose to work with Innovative Construction and Roofing(Innovative). This decision was helped by the fact that Innovative took the time to discuss various roofing options with us(we sellected a Decra XD metal stone coated roof) andwas able to handle allof our repairs, upgrades and additions.



The Innovative representatives, Christian Larsen and Gary Lingo, as well as all their crews and subcontractors, were professional and did quality work. This was also done with minimal disruption to our flowers and landscaping. This was extemely important to my wife.



I have recommended Innovative to a number of my neighbors and friends. Further I would use Innovative on future construction projects.

We got a new roof! Thanks to Innovative Construction & Roofing. After the 4/2011 hail storm, we were like many other people keeping an eye on the roof replacing work that has been taken place in our neighborhood, so we can pick the right contractor once we have our roof replacement aproved. Manay of our neighbors were replacing roofs around us so we had a good chance to watch how they work. After a few months of observing, we decided to choose Innovative Construction & Roofing. They worked on the 2 houses in our cul-de-sac acrossed street from us. We were amazed by the speed of their work and how careful their workers were with everything. Both roofs were done less in 2 days and they looked great after they were done. We now know we made an exellent choise after ours was replaced. The crew was very polite and neat. They worked very hard, fast and quietly. They covered up all of our plants and bushes around the house, and the garage doors and the first floor windows were covered with hardwood boards for protection as well. At the end of the day after they completed the work, they cleaned our driveway and walkway and neatly packed all their tools and the leftover materiasl on one side of the drive way. Next day they showed up early, and 2 of the crew members spent a good couple of hourse on having a more detailed cleaning around the house. They pciked up every piece of the debris and nails in our planters. We were really pleased by their work.



They are really easy to work with, their crews are hard working people with really polite manners. The roof materials they use are very high quality as well. It is definitely a roofing company we would use again if we every need any roof work, and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good roofing contractor!

I’m generally a skeptical person for service work. Especially after the materials were mistakenly delivered to my house, I was worried if I could get a quality job. Thanks to Brain Benson, he is a very professional and custom –oriented. He says less but does more for you. He works hard for me with insurance to make sure what I deserved to get. He is one of the best service professionals that I have met in last 20 years. I highly recommend people to work with him. After the roof and the gutter were completed, all my worries were gone. The crews were very friendly and responsible. They did a fantastic job. I’m very pleased with their work.

Austin was proactive in helping me with insurance on the roof and did all he could to get me the claim. We didn't get insurance to cooperate, unfortunately. However, I couldn't be more statisfied with Austin and his willingness to do what he could. The roof was finished and Austin is still working with me to get interior damage done. I really do love this company.

Wonderful to work with! Christian, the owner was onsite daily to oversee the progress on our roof and gutters, as well as making himself available via email and/or phone for any questions or concerns we had. Unlike others in our neighborhood who had roofing materials in their driveway for up to a month, our materials were dropped off on a Wednesday and the project started the next day, completed by that Sunday evening. Our property was left in pristine condition and our roof and gutters look fantastic! Working with Innovative was a welcome change after cutting ties with our previous roofing company, Bordner Installation Group, who took months of our time accomplishing nothing, would not return phone calls, as well as providing us with incorrect and inconsistant information. I cannot recommend Innovative high enough!!!

Selecting a contractor to replace a damaged roof is critical to maintaining and enhancing the value and comfort of your home. On all counts, Innovative Construction and Roofing met and exceeded my expectations for replacing my roof and repairing associated hail damage in Overland Park, KS.

A few comments about Innovative. They are professional, they understand the industry and do what they say they are going to do and do it on time. Management is local, Gary, Christian and staff are easy to get a hold of and always stopped by if there were any questions. They know the ins and outs of dealing with my insurance company. On two occasions they had to refile paperwork with my insurance carrier and prevailed in securing the correct funds to get the job done right.

Bottom line is that my house war re roofed and repaired on time, on budget and with truly professional results. Innovative has made me believe that some contractors do care, are professional and deliver what they promise. That is Innovative for me.

They did a great job, roof looks great. They were very professional. We did find several nails, so be sure to ask them to pick up ALL nails.

I met with several different roofing companies to repair our roof that was damaged in the hail storm back in April. Gary Lingo and the whole group at Innovative really took the time to sit down with my husband and I and go over everything regarding the roof, gutters, paint, etc...and show us exactly what they were going to do. They had our new roof on in less than 2 days and it looks fantastic. They helped us to be able to get the roof that we really wanted. They also did a fabulous job putting on the new gutters. Very professional and deliver a quality product. Patrick McNichols and all the Innvative crews did a great job all the way through the repair of the hail damage to our house. Patrick had way more patience than I did in dealing with American Family Insurance, he continued to act professionally well after I was ready to fire them as my insurance company (still am). The roofers came in and were gone in two days and even cleaned up after themselves very well. The painters on the exterior of the house did a better job than the last paint company two or three years ago that I picked out. The subs that painted insifde of my garage to take care of the water stains and wet drywall, fixed stuff that I had done myself in the past with not always the greatest results on my part. The gutters look great, and my wife is probably happiest of all with the way the deck turned out. We were just very pleased with the way that Innovative took care of "us" during this entire ordeal.
