Ordered a sectional, was damaged when it arrived so we had it returned. Was told we lost our deposit bc it was ordered. We asked if we could just have store credit and get something else and was told no! Of the the pieces that we saw, all of the pieces were torn on the corners at the bottom and one was torn on the top. Their response was, "you can't see the ones at the bottom when it's put together. Would anyone spend over $4200 on damaged furniture? Really!!!

I am very unhappy with the service of this company. I have bought a couch through McGregor. The sales team is very nice but there service is poor. When ordering the couch we requested them to call about 15 minutes before delivery. The delivery guys called saying they were outside. I had also bought the Guardsman protection plan for the couch which is the protection plan company they go through. An unfortunate accident with the couch caused damage and so I filed a claim. They instructed me they would tell the service man to schedule an appointment within the next 7 days. 2 weeks later the guy calls me at 9:30pm and I am unable to answer. I call him back the next day and was forced to leave a message. He calls me again a week later. This goes on for a month where I would call him leave a message and then he would call me a week later and tell me to call him. Finally I get an email from Guardsman protection plan saying I would have to resubmit my claim because my service request was canceled because I failed to make an appointment. I to this day have yet to get my 600$ couch repaired. So as I’ve noted the service Guardsman protection plan are very poor. The furniture itself while it seems to be of nice quality but I’ve had it less than a year.
