STAY CLEAR this place is horrible, went in to set up to find new primary. They call police, telling them they think I am under the influence of something because I seemed very tired... her and her associate told me they will not refill any of my medications and ignored me informing them that I am diabetic and currently not on any medication for my disease.
If you value your health, or want a Doctor who knows or even cares for their clients you'd get better care at a med express.

I could not ask for a better family practice. Dana takes the time and listens to your needs. She is great with kids. My kids love her and are always excited to see her.

Dr. Dana, as my children call her, is the best health care provider I've ever had! After moving here and having bad experiences with 5 different doctors (between me and my children) I had totally lost faith in the local medical community. And then I found Dana Harmon! I took my kids there first, and on my daughter's 1st visit I happened to mention an odd issue my mom was having. In under 5 minutes Dana diagnosed the cause, which turned out to be the biggest underlying problem for both my mom and I our whole lives. My mom, who lives 1.5 hours away, started coming to Dana to fix the problem. Once she was stable Dana transferred her care back to her local doctor. After that I brought my whole family. We've been patients for over a year, and we LOVE Dana! I agree there's been a lot of staff turnover lately, and with each new person there's a learning curve. However I've come to expect that in a small office. And I will put up with any snafus I find in order to see such an amazing doctor!

I do not recommend Monarch Health. I like Dana Harmon. But because of staff issues I am finding another family Dr. They cannot be counted on to return calls, get prescription refills and are anything but courteous. I see that there are many other poor reviews of Monarch Health. The reviews about long wait times, to me, aren't totally justified. Because Dana did spend time with me on my visits. On my last discussion with Dana she said that I was the 5th person to complain today. Enough said.

Dana is excellent, other staff are very rude! Just be prepared if you have to call, this women is scary!
