Prairie Point Elementary School is a coeducational institution that has an annual enrollment of more than 640 students in kindergarten through grade five. It has business and educational alliances with Culver s, Popeye s, Figgin s Tree Service, Traughber Junior High, Giordano s, Jimmy John s and Oswego High School. The school conducts special classes in art, music, physical education, social work services, reading, and speech and language. Prairie Point Elementary School maintains various school organizations, including an honor choir, student government, and art, math and Spanish clubs. It operates a parent-teacher association that provides planning and implementation of a variety of fundraising activities for benefit of the school. Prairie Point Elementary School is a part of Oswego Community Schools and is located in Oswego, Ill.
