Went to Marshall Shoe Shop in Ossining, NY today and saw a pair of Ivanka Trump boots under the dollar amount sign $79.99. When i got to the cash register they rang up as $99.99 or $103.00 with tax. I pointed to where I got the boots and told her that the sign said that the boots were $79.99. The cashier went to where the boots were located then came back to the register and said that I was correct, the boots were in fact $79.99 but that she needed a manager to input the correct price in the register. After paging the manager several times with no response we asked if someone could go and look for her. When the manager got to the register she asked where the boots in question were. I pointed to the sign and the 20 or so boxes under the sign. She took the sign down and brought the display boot over and told me that the sign was incorrect, that someone had put the "wrong price" on sign and they would not honor the price advertised.Needless to say, i did not buy the boots and left very upset and dissapointed at the total lack of customer service and professionalism. I will never again go to that Marshalls Shoe Shop for anything! They were rude and quite frankly should have given me the boots for the price that was on the sign like any other company would have done. #Marshalls Shoe Store in Ossining, NY Sucks #Don't go #A little customer service goes a long way!!
