ADVOCAP is a private, nonprofit community action agency that provides a range of services to underprivileged families in Green Lake, Fond du Lac, and Winnebago counties in Wisconsin. The agency offers business plan development, marketing plan development and implementation, small business administration and financial resource development services. Its services also include managerial evaluation, loan preparation and employee recruitment assistance services. ADVOCAP also offers literacy services that include basic literacy, computer and job skills training. Additionally, it offers Head Start program that provides a variety of learning opportunities for children of underprivileged families. The agency also offers financial assistance, and food, mental health and nutrition services. ADVOCAP is located in Oshkosh, Wis.
