This merchant physically showed me a mattress that I ended up purchasing. I paid for a delivery fee to have it delivered that evening. At about 6pm, the representative called me and said that there was a rip in the mattress they were going to deliver and that they would have to order a new one. He offered a loaner mattress until that time. I agreed being that anything had to be more comfortable than what I already had. The loaner mattress is/was worse! The movers did not take the plastic off this mattress nor was I ever informed that I was not to remove the plastic. Had someone told me not to remove that plastic, I would never have agreed to accept this loaner. (I’m not sleeping on plastic). This was on Monday. By Wednesday, I had to reach out to find out where the mattress was. I was told that the mattress wasn’t ordered timely and is not available for delivery, so I had to wait until next week. I knew their truck delivered on Wednesdays so I anticipated a call from them. I never got a call to schedule a delivery. On Thursday afternoon during my lunch break at work, I get a call letting me know that the drivers were almost at my house!!! I was at work and never had any notice from them so I could make arrangements to take delivery. I asked to be rescheduled and I was told that they wouldn’t be able to deliver for until the Friday of the following week, we discussed a time parameter which would be 10-2. I arranged to have someone at the home to accept the new mattress and to return the loaner mattress. The time window came an went. At 6pm, I called to ask for status and I was told that I was on the schedule for first thing in the morning on Saturday!! WE never discussed this until now. So I confirmed and repeated back to the person on the phone that I would see them tomorrow morning, Saturday at 10am because I am the first one on their list. The response was YES! The following morning at 10:15, I began leaving phone messages as everything was going to voicemail.
I called three times. One my forth phone call at 1:30 in the afternoon, I left a message to have them cancel my order since I never accepted delivery and that I would gladly return the loaner bed to them. After doing so, I went to Chico to buy a mattress! While shopping, I got a call from the merchant saying that he would not cancel my order and that the guys are on their way now to deliver the bed. And since I took the plastic off the loaner mattress I basically bought it. So now I have a loaner bed that I do not want, the merchant tells me that I have been a no-show on the deliveries. I guess so when you give me 10 minutes notice on a weekday afternoon that you are on your way. I told him that I would be disputing the charge through my credit card company. He sounded smug as he advised me that he would simply report back to the CC company that I was a no show. He also said that he’s done it before…. ,What’s most pathetic is that others have also had to dispute charges letting me know that I am not an isolated incident!
This guy is bad juju. I should have read the reviews, don’t make the same mistake!

****update*** charges had been reversed on my credit card and BBB mediated what I thought was an agreement two weeks ago. This week I was informed that the merchant move forward and STILL responded back to the CC company and disputed the reversal. So now the merchant has HIS property back (the loaner mattress) and STILL feels like he is owed money for nothing...this man has done nothing to earn my money.

Most dishonest, incompetent business I have ever dealt with. Paid in full for an adjustable bed frame for my medical condition. Tired of propping with pillows. He assured me 7-10 days I paid for delivery that was 4-4-2018. it's 7-23 now nearly 4 months later. I went down there several times and was flatly refused my refund. And no bed frame. He has made promise after promise and delivered nothing but more broken promises. Going to court seems to be the only way to get my money back, Sickening!

If this Site Would allow zero stars that what it would get. This company is a joke. The owner has no business professionalism what so ever. We placed an order back on April 18, and to this day, still don't have the complete order. No sense of urgency from the owner to make it happen the whole time. The partial order we did receive was a nightmare to acquire as is, be it waiting forever for order to be filled, promised delivery which never happened, after me taking off work to be home on several occasions for delivery, me waiting around, and it took me to call the guy for him to tell me he wasn't coming. I ended up going to the store and picking up what was there in my own. To get it home and get it half assembled to realize that the parts I had didn't match up. Then had to wait forever for him to get the right parts in. In the meantime, I have a half assembled bed in my room. No phone calls or updates on when items were going to be in. Only way I ever knew anything was me calling myself or going into the store. But the owner still expected payment, when at the time , we had not received anything as promised. Our original order that was written up, he found out after he sold me that he couldn't get. So my wife and I went to the store to look through the catalog to select another bed. We had found one. Asked him for the price, he said he didn't know, was going to go to the back room to check and be right back. A half an hour goes by with us sitting there, one of his employees comes out, asked if he could help us, I looked at him confused, told him that the owner said he was going to check a price, and has been gone awhile. The employee laughed. Told us that the owner had went home for the day. Leaving us sitting there. Unbelievable. The owner came to my house, regarding payment, that's the only time I ever heard from him was regarding money for him. He smelled terrible of pot. Like he had just gotten done smoking it. Eyes bloodshot, the whole deal. Threatened my wife that he's just going to come take the furniture if I didn't pay him like he wanted. I told him we don't even have our whole order. And you want money? All he said was that he was working on it. Then he goes and charges my card twice of what he was supposed to, never contacted me about it, and the receipt I got from that transaction, he attempted to sign where I would have had to if I authorized it. I have contacted my bank to get my money back that was taken from my account. He can have whatever furniture I got from him back, for I don't want to deal with him any more. Just be warned. This is not a business you want to do business with.
