I'll never shop at this store again, the guy who helped me bunch of tattoos cant remember his name, was incredibly rude and egotistical, super biased view on specific genres of games and just overall rude when I didn't like his recommendation, I don't see how you stay in business with customer service like that. Never been treated by anyone like that clerk did to me, I'll take my business to Gamestop, they may not have a selection of retro video games and they may be more expensive but at least they care about potential customers and attempt to help everyone in an unbiased way.

Very cool store, i have been to all game places around the daytona beach area and blue dragon has the best prices. One guy in there could use a new lolipop or some positive motivation but everyone else is helpful and friendly. Roger, good job with the store and Keep up the good work.

I went in to the store today, and the employees were very helpful and knowledgable. Some of the best customer serviced i've recieved...not to mention their prices are extremely low and their trade in is also reasonable. Definetely a life-time customer, I will never shop at another game store again.

Was a Fan, but seems like customer service has gone down the tubes. I bought a game that was defective and counld not get my money back even though they had no other copy. I could see if I returned it if I didnt like the game but if you sell me something defective and you cant provide the same game. THATS JUST NOT RIGHT! I will not buy from them again.

I was so sick of lousy attitudes from GS staff, and pitiful trade credit on top of that, so I used to go to the other chain instead. Right? Not much better, but what choice does anyone have?? We do now that we have Blue Dragon Video Games! Power to the Players! Yeah! The guy knows what to carry, the prices are low - WAY lower than GS and even lower than WallyWorld - and he actually gives you a lot of credit when you trade it back in, way more than anybody else. They do console repairs, fix scratches on games, have the old stuff and the new stuff, but most of all treat you like maybe you actually do know as much as you think you do about your favorite games, know what I mean? I don't think I'm ever going anywhere else ever again.

The store has been just great for me it has low prices 50$ for mondern warfare 2 right now most places 60$ good trade in credit its a play n trade with steroids!
