They recently came and installed a bathroom mirror for me after allowing it a week to set and cure, I removed the blocks and the entire mirror (48x48) slid down the wall and almost fell on me, it then took them a week to come out and re-set the mirror at an additional $75 charge, requested the installers notify their manager to call me to explain the need to pay for their shoddy and potentially dangerous installation and never once received a call back. Will NEVER use or suggest them to anyone else.

This company did a very shoddy incompetant manufacture and installation of a very expensive top of the line shower enclosure. They were hiref ti create and install a glass shower enclosure in my home. I had my bathroom remodeled and everything was done to create a top of the line bathroom. I used a really good local contractor. The shower enclosure in that bathroom is the only thing that is not quality. The glass appears to be defective and is splintering.It was not made well. the glass is done incompetently. The company associated mirror and shelving does not service their work, they do not stand behind their work, they do not do anything to cooperate with their customers. I have been calling them for 10 months. Thier work is very shoddy.They do not return calls.They do not keep most of their appointments and they do not call to inform you that they will not show up. So far the defective splintering glass in their enclosure has cut the building inspector, my contractor, myself, my girlfriend, my cleaning lady, and their own repair man. I have cooperated with them quietly, peacefully, and respectfully for 10 months and have done everything that they have asked only to find that they do not respond they do not cooperate they do not stand behind their work.please do not hire this company at any price they will only bring you heartache pain and conflict!!!
