      If you want efficient customer service, do not go here. My prescription glasses was received approximately one month after my eye examination (after I was told it would take one week, there was nothing special about the prescription). When I checked on the status of the glasses several times, I was only told that the lab was working on it, even when I probed for more information). On the date I received the glasses, I was told that it was my insurance fault for the delay. Unbenownst to them, I called my insurance company earlier and they told me that You & Eyes submitted the glasses two weeks after the examination to the lab. Unbelievable! The selection of glasses are not great as well.
