Well...i booked a cab from MCO airport to Saratoga hotel 2 weeks before my trip to Orlando. Unfortunately, after waiting for my driver for 20 min i had to call the office. I searched online and found the phone number. When i called a young lady told me that they have no reservation under my name... i was so upset! But right before i was ready to hung up she asked what was the name of the company i was trying to reach. And then i realized that i called the wrong company (i called Star Trans instead of Star Transportation)! She was very friendly and offered to send me a cab within 15 min. About 10 min later their driver met me in the baggage claim. I'd like to apologize one more time and thank Star Trans for their service!
