Took my car into Sam's Auto Electric for a minor electric problem, I had to have my car towed from Sam's to my dealership. When I went to the dealership to see the damage, I did not recognize the inside dash area of my car. The mechanics at Sam's destroyed my entire dash area of the car and under the hood. There were cut wires that did not need to be cut. I truly did not recognize the inside of my car. kept the car for 3 days and not once telephoned to say they could not repair my car. Totally incompetent! These mechanics destroyed the car so much that the dealship refused to repair the car. Everywhere I tried to take the car to be repaired, it was refused. I was told that Patrick Kelley still owns the business, but works elsewhere. I truly believe if Patrictk was still overseeing his business this incompetency would not be going on. The mechanics who are apparently running the business for Patrick, really don't care, because technically it is not their business. Sam's auto was one of the best in Orlando; not any more, it is a horrible, shameful mess. Heed to this advice 'DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARTO SAM'S AUTO ELECTRIC.

I have a 1997 sable wagon and when it breaks down I always go to sams auto electric they do great work I had my brakes and tune up done there and many other things that needed done now they are working on my power steering pump I will keep on going there they are the best give them a try

They screw up everything they touch

I brought my 1997 Chrysler Town & Country LXI van in for a diagnostic for electrical problems. My van was cutting off & check engine light was on. After leaving my van with them for an entire day I was told the following day that they found no problems. I allowed them to do a complete tune up along with a few other minor things but they forgot to change my oil. Within an hour of driving van from shop it started cutting off again & temperature gauge stopped working. I called them the next day to explain the problem & was told to bring my van in so they could check it out. After having it almost all day I called them & was told that there may be a problem with my computer. After leaving shop w/ my van the very next day my radiator gave out. This wasnt an issue until I picked it up from shop. My van is now more messed up than when I dropped it off @ Sam's Electric. I dont recommend anyone use their service not even for a basic tune up.
