Got the gel shot, it was very painful, he left said someone else would be with me with an ice pack. Not one ice pack in the office, the guy said sorry and just left me there. I was in so much pain. Holding back the tears, I hobbled out of the office, one nurse said do you have anyone to help you. I said no she opened the door and that was it. I am 67, I could have used a wheelchair to get down to my car at least. Not one person cared. They got there money, that was it. Also the receptionist over charged me. Told me I did not pay on May 28 th, which I told her I paid cash and have a receipt at home. I felt like she should of just said liar. Let see how long it takes for you to send my overpayment back. It was a terrible experience
This is a great doctor group. They are professional and helpful. Arrive on time for your appointment because they are ready for you and take care of your issue much quicker than most doctor offices.
I was really nervous but everyone was awesome
Rick always straight forward
Very Good Experience
Had x ray and drainage of fluid of left knee. Calm pleasant experience.
Come into examination room asked about the pain in my left shoulder. Showed him through movement of the shoulder where painful situation arose. He went over the use and name of the medication and longevity of the medication in easing any painful difficulty. Cleansed the area on the shoulder and administered the injection.
I have knee cartilage issue that he explained.
I limped in, and walked out.
( I wish the old cartilage could be slipped out and a new piece slipped in )
