Terrible Doctor's office, very unprofessional staff, there was only 1 patient when we got there and no one even entertained us. I tried to stand in front of their window but they just walked back and forth but did not even ask "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" Why make an appointment if they made you wait for 2 hours or more than that, I left my work place early without getting paid just to get to their office on time and after you showed up on time, that's what I got? My husband even planned to be late to work just for that but ended up called out work because he had to wait for me. Worst staff, rude and unprofessional, not even single shame that their patients are waiting outside while they're just talking and I came to have my FREE ANNUAL CHECK UP which the nurse said Pap Smear was included. But guess what they charged my Insurance almost $4000 for all other lab works they did without telling or asking me.

Dr. Waite is a good doctor but to be honest, I was so disappointed how she did not discuss with me that she is going to run all the test/lab works right there and then because of what she think she had too. But could've been nice or common sense to let her patients know about it and it's not even a single test but a lot, that cost me arm and a leg. If I don't have insurance, could've been worst could affect my credit score. I wasn't ready for that bill that the lab sent me, and because we could not afford the bill on due date we had to call the lab that we will be late but I was worried that they will report it and affect my credit, I had to find ways to pay it. Definitely not going back.

Not worth the hassle as what the other reviews said. I don't recommend this doctor's office at all.

I visited Dr. Waite for my annual check Up. Its always a very comfortable and relaxed experience. Due to her professionalism, I recommend Dr. Waite as A+ OBGYN.

The staff is wonderful here. I went in as a new patient for an annual pap. I explained some discomfort to the Dr. Waite and she explained that she wanted to run some additional tests. I am appreciative of her concern for my concerns and not dismissing them immediately like previous doctors have. Sharon (her medical assistant/nurse) is wonderful. Made me feel at home while I was there. I'm happy with my choice and feel like I finally have a doctor that truly cares.

I met Dr. Waite in 2011 during my first pregnancy with my daughter. I must admit I was not always thrilled about the long wait time to be seen, but I can say it was always worth the wait. I feel very comfortable speaking with Dr. Waite and her staff about my concerns and any questions that I have had have always been answered. One thing that I feel is important to women in general is the feeling of not being judged. I have never once felt judged by anything that I may have shared with Dr. Waite or her staff. I am well into my 2nd pregnancy now and I could not see myself with any other OB outside of Dr. Waite. Although her office staff has changed a little over the last 3 years, the change has been for the better. Things are moved along a much faster and more efficient. I have never had to call and request a script for anything as they always call scripts into my pharmacy on file and they call me to pick up any scripts for any visits to Winnie Palmer Hospital.

She is horrible! You have to wait forever to be seen and her office never returns phone calls. If you need something important it takes a week to get anything done. She treats you like a number not a patient and doesn't care about your health! Save yourself some time and stress and see a different doctor. On paper she is a great doctor but in reality she is a headache and a hassle. If you want a doctor that truly cares about you then do not see Dr. Waite!!
