Very rude staff. I'd hate to see how they treat residents!

I would not leave my dog there.

I would not trust my dog to the Bridge at Orlando. Unfortunately I trusted my father to them. The night staff of the Bridge at Orlando made the decision during their 11-7 shift to leave my father on the floor after he fell and they had difficulty getting him up. They were supposedly checking on him through the night because he was sick. I arrived at 7:30 AM and found him naked from the waist down shaking and conscious yet unresponsive on the floor with an obvious head injury. The staff said they had left him there 'comfortably with a pillow and blanket. What health care professional, the medicine tech in this case, leaves an 86 year old man on the floor and walks off? Apparently the oncoming RN was not concerned because after hearing about him on the floor at 7 AM report did not check on him. In fact it took 45 minutes of paging and searching for her before she even appeared. I had already called 911. The RN said to me there was no need to check on him. He died a month later after suffering in the hospital and never regaining his right mind.
