Very well managed transportation services you guys are providing. Customer service was excellent and the driver that I had when I took their service was very polite and gentle. They stopped to many places on the way even though I was on time with my flight at west Palm beach. I would recommend this company to anyone would want to travel in Florida!!

The best transportation i've ever had before. On time service with excellent customer care. Van was very neat and seats were also very comfortable. I had to go all the way from Sarasota to Miami and I thought before getting a ride with this company that it would take a long time to reach, but it was unbelievable that I reached at the destination in just 3 hours and 15 minutes. It was really amazing!

Would love to use them again on my next visit to Florida.

We took their services during our stay in Orlando on our vacation in Florida. I must say they are the best transportation service in Florida. Everything went well. Shuttle was a bit late, but that was acceptable considering the traffic situations. Shuttle was spacious inside and the seats were comfortable. The only thing that annoyed me was a three and a half hour drive without any music, not even a radio. Otherwise, their services are worth considering.

Excellent transportation company in Florida I must say. On my way back to Miami I took their shuttle which was on time. Mindy was my driver and she was very polite and gentle. Offered me the seat near to window which I like the most while traveling. Upon my request she stopped by the next station and asked every one if needed to use the rest room which normally no other company offered. Love you guys for your excellent customer care. I wonder how come some folks say bad about this company.

Great company with good customer care. I used them twice and had the right service I was looking for on time. Efficient customer support with a complete knowledge of pick up points even extra directions. Just one thing to mention in opposite is about the lots of stops on the way. May be that's because of a shared ride I had for both times. They do have a private services, but that will be much expensive if you are traveling all by yourself. So shared ride at $55 all the way from downtown Miami to Orlando is just unbelievable.

To make this review short and simple this company is THE WORST company to EVER travel with. They were unprofessional & disorganized non stop. When I first purchased the trip I saw that it had no return time despite me putting I wanted a round trip so I called the help desk which after being put on hold several times I spoke with someone who barely understood me and who I barely understood myself and they informed me that it was just to leave not come back which left me in shock because I had purchased it 3 days before and they charged me a crazy amount just to leave. After reading all those horrible reviews I did not want to travel with them so I informed him I wanted to cancel my trip but refunding with this company comes at a high price. So the guy informs me that I had to EMAIL the company, not call but email. After finally getting an email 2 days after they didn't want to refund me my money & confirmed my trip for the next day so i just said fudge it & instead of going threw a mission i decided to take the trip & simply purchase a trip with another company to return. When I went to the closet location to my home which happened to be 35 - 40 minutes away I look for the bus all over the University of Florida parking lot & found the bus NO WHERE in sight at which point I proceeded to call the company who once again put me on hold automatically as they did once before with no chance for you to give your reply. So at that point I called again & had to speak forcefully so he wouldn't put me on hold again so when I asked where the bus was he informed me that the trip was cancelled even though the day before my trip was confirmed because they didn't want to give me a refund. You would think that the problems all ended there but nope, not with this company. Any who an hour later they tried to be slick & told me they would refund me my money but tried charging me a $10 processing me so I have to go threw the trouble of contacting my bank & disputing the transaction to gt my money back. So please please please guys don't EVER, EVER, EVER take a trip with the Florida shuttle transportation because trust you will be disappointed.

I booked my reservation to the other transportation company in Florida a month ago, unfortunately due to raining bad feedback I was kind of nervous that they might showed up. Indeed they did not showed. A friend of mine recommended me this Company Florida Shuttle Transportation, though I was still under the impression that they will not show up again I took the risk in calling the customer service, book a reservation three days before my travel. All was set, I have the drivers phone number my reservation number and went to the pick up location 15 minutes before my pick up. I was like " oh yeah they will not show of course" but it was worth trying for. But right on the dot. at 12;30 the shuttle is already in front of me and the driver is calling my name. It was really a wonderful experienced really. Two thumbs up for you guys...

I had booked a transfer from Orlando to Miami and received confirmation of my booking that my pick up would be 6am on the 5th Aug 2013 to arrive in Miami at 11:30am

On the morning of my pick up I arrived 15 minutes early (5:45am) as per their instructions and a local cab driver was picking up my colleagues to go to the airport.

When the cab driver returned at 6am he asked if I was waiting for the bus going to Miami and I had said yes, he advised me to call the company as he noticed that the shuttle had left already prior to me arriving at the pick up location at 5:45am.

When I called the dispatch number they had informed me the driver left at 5:30am and they tried to call me to inform me of the new departure time.

First they stated the driver left at 5:30 and then after further correspondence the driver claimed he left at 5:50am which is not true because he left at 5:30am.

If he did leave at 5:50am why would the driver not have the sense to wait another 10 mins for his actual scheduled departure time.

A local cab driver can confirm that I was there at 5:45am as per my scheduled instructions for a 6am pick up and he can also confirm the shuttle bus left prior to me arriving at the pick up point.



My contracted pick up time was 6am and the scheduled time for the shuttle to leave is 6am.

It is very unethical for a company to change a scheduled pick up time night before for no good reason and then just leave your passengers stranded.

The company has even refused to reimburse me the $55 that they promptly took from my account and I then had to pay an additional $50 for a cab to get to another shuttle company and had to pay $35 for the new more reliable shuttle service.

This company seems to have a reputation of taking people’s money and just leaving them stranded because their main core business seems to be tourist who would probably not take the time to make a full complaint against them for the unprofessional service they offer.

Never never never use this company. I booked a private car. My plane was delayed though they had my flight information. They stranded me. Don't use this unprofessional company.

We traveled with Florida Shuttle Transportation from Orlando to Miami and we had a wonderful experience with them since the moment i did the reservation for me and my husband. The representative was very nice, helped me out even though my english is not good. They picked us at the hotel at the time they told me and we were on time at the airport in Miami. My husband and I highly recommend this Transportation company!

The customer service department was very helpful and stayed in contact with me throughout the complete process of reserving and travel date. I would use and highly recommend Florida Shuttle Transportation.

The worst shuttle ever: I booked a ride btwen Miami Intl airport and Vero Beach, As I arrived, called 3 times at the tlf nr. on the contract. They just didnt come, at last a driver past but nobody told him to pick me up, and he didnt go to VeroB instead Orlando airport, so i wait more 1 hr, but nobody came. I have to take a taxi and pay 400 dollars. I claimed this amount and they only return me back the fee i paid, and no one apology! THEY ARE THE WORST, BEWARE OF THIS BUNCH OF AMATEURS.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! Long story short, we scheduled a trip from Miami to Lakeland and they never showed up. I had to call several times before anyone answered the phone, they gave me no explanation or alternative/solution, but they still went ahead and charged my credit card. I had to call countless times to fight for my refund. NEVER-EVER use this company. If you believe you’ll be luckier and choose to ignore my review, you’ll remember it when they ruin your day.

This company is a scam. Reserved a shuttle that was none existent. They bought me a seat from red coach and then gave me a fake time of departure. I had to rent a car from the airport. No consideration for clients, not sure if they really have a shuttle or if they are a middle man. Wouldnt give me my money back. Good thing I bought the ticket with amex who protects me. Do not waste your time. I made the mistake even after reading the bad reviews because they offered the right times but WHAT A HEADACHE! Hopefully I am saving you from one.

DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE! They cancelled my shuttle by texting me at 11:30 p.m. for a shuttle that I was scheduled for at 8:45 a.m. the next day. They told me that they have vehicle problems but if they were a reputable company they would have a "Plan B" if they had problems. The real reason is that they probably didn't have enough people to justify the shuttle service from Fort Myers to Miami. I tried several times to call them to get to the bottom of it and somehow we were disconnected... EVERY TIME I CALLED! So, unless you are willing to have your shuttle cancelled at the last minute, DO NOT USE THEM.

Estuve en el hotel indicado desde las 5 y me quede hasta las 9 de la noche y nunca me llamaron, nunca me devolvieron las llamadas, hasta les escribí email y nunca me los contestaron, en fin, el peor servicio de la historia. Se comunicaron conmigo 4 días después por email, porque los teléfonos nunca lo cogen y no quieren devolverme mi dinero. Esta empresa tiene un servicio al cliente muy malo, no se comunican y no resuelven tus problemas. Me cobraron 60$ por un servicio que nunca recibí y ahora me tratan de mentiroso, pero ni saben mentir porque dicen que esperaron ni que 20 minutos, luego ni que esperaron 1 hora. No son nada serios con sus clientes y una ves tienen tu dinero, ya es propiedad de ellos. No los recomiendo en nada. Recomiendo busquen otras opciones antes de esta.

I searched many many companies and this was in reality the only one that I could actually get a live person to talk to. Sooo glad. Also, when it came time to receiving the service, I was so happy because everything was so professional and the service well delivered. I love Florida shuttle transportation. Recommend them highly and always have been using the since my first time!

Worst company ever!!! Dont waste your time and money. This company does not answer the phones, they leave you at the airport and when you do get through after endless hours of calling, the dispatcher treats you terribly and tells you it is your fault. They abandoned my grandparents at the airport and 'told us that we probably missed the shuttle, after we waited for more than three hours and no one appeared or answered the phones. The worst service I have ever received.
