      Established in 2015. Fit City Nutrition is a wellness center for men and women ages 14 and up. With fitdance classes, cross fit trainers, health coaches and more. Let us help you regain control of your health and body. Come join us now. We specialize in many fitness programs, such as Cross fit, fit dance,FIt camp training, Abs training and much more. We have personal trainers who will help get your health and body where you want it to be.

      Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we have Abs Training at 6pm with our Trainer Steve at 6pm followed by our Fit Camp at 645pm with our trainer Tania. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 7pm we have our Wing Chun Class with our instructor Frank. We also Provide an open Gym during the day.
