They were great getting me in for an initial appt and explaining the best treatment plan for me, however, they never returned my calls. I have called for 3 weeks trying to set up appts to get the plan started. It's wasted my time. I finally got a hold of someone the other day and they promised me a call back after the weekend. It's not the weekend again and I have yet to hear from anyone, even after calling again this week.
I am on a time crunch with my wedding coming up and they have wasted my time. I'm extremely disappointed after hearing good things about their service.
I bought Botox and juvederm reluctantly after I was assured they would bank the unused portion of the juvederm for up to 1 year. I called a few months later to use the remainder and they would not honor their promise. They charged me over $500 for the juvederm alone and I used 1/4 of it. I don't trust this company sadly. They lied to me and ripped me off and I don't recommend anyone go there. Now I go all the way up to draper.
I have a client of the Salt Lake spas. I really love them, they do a great job. My results have been great. I enjoy being in there. And most of all, the price is right. Good find. Would recommend to anybody.
I haven't been to Orem, but I've been to the Draper spa and I love them. I do have friends that have been into Orem and have had the same great experience that I have.
I get my laser hair removal and some skin care treatments done at the Elase in Draper. I love going here! I have MaryKate doing my treatments and she is great. She is really fast, but also pays attention to me. I always feel like they really care about me personally. The front desk ladies are also very helpful. I also had Brittany do a chemical peel on me and I totally loved that - peeled like crazy! Yeah!
What I really like about Elase is their membership plan. You can pay small amounts (my payment is $84/month) for your laser hair removal without having to put any money down. It's really easy and affordable. Crazy what kind of prices other places charge. And I know that Elase uses the very best equipment - it's worked for me.
Definitely check these guys out - you'll regret it if you don't.
