I came originally came in on a recommendation from a family member. First off Dallin and Luis were great. Dallin(Sales) was professional and took the time to listen, and Luis(mechanic) did a great job explaining my cars issues and was very sincere. The things I did not appreciate and why I dont recommend getting your car fixed here. It took two months to get a catalytic converter replaced and resistor blower for the ac/heater . That to me seems unacceptable and was very inconvenient. Most times I called in I would get a runaround answer, and they would come off as bugged that I would keep asking after a month in when it would be ready. When It was finally done, I noticed things like a missing fuse box cover(engine), and a random part of the resistor blower tubing part (Im assuming) under the seat. I was also slightly bugged that I was charged for another repair that wasnt approved beforehand. And finally the cherry on top was getting charged randomly within a week's time for the same charge and then calling in and speaking to Im assuming Erasmos with no sense of apology or bugged that I was even slightly upset about the charge. Dont go here to get repairs. Hopefully this side of the business doesnt reflect on their auto sales.
