North Early Learning Center offers various preschool programs for children of low-income families. It also offers programs for children with disabilities. The center has an enrollment of more than 300 children and is located in Orange, Texas. Its prekindergarten program focuses on cognitive, motor, social and emotional development. The center s special education services include speech, physical and occupational therapies. The center also promotes parent involvement through field trips, campus activities and committee memberships. North Early Learning Center is a part of the West Orange-Cove Consolidated Independent School District, which educates more than 2,500 students. The district is also approved by Texas Education Agency.
