Never do business with Techfinger!! First, they are not there during their posted business hours.I should have known by that alone but I took my desktop to them and it would have cost me more to repair than to replace. So he sold me a "refurbished" one. I then took my laptop in because my microphone wasn't working. He said he needed to re-install all the programs to make it work. $100 later I pick it up and ask him if the mic works. "No, there is no mic on this laptop". So he gave me a plug in one. I could have saved the $100. Then a year after I bought the refurbished desktop from him, it dies. I took it back to him and he said the hard drive needed to be replaced. He charged me $190. He was supposed to back up my files and install a new one. Guess what??? No files. My late husband's memorial service, papers I needed for school, everything is gone. That includes Office. I got absolutely no satisfaction when I called him. Don't do business with them!!
