I moved to the area because of the Navy almost 6 years ago. When our boys were old enough to go to school we assumed we would go to one of the good local public schools. Then I heard about St. Johns Country Day School so I toured the campus and also checked out the local A rated public elementary school. Though the public school would be adequate for all of the basics a kid needs to learn, SJCDS seemed to be in a different league and the public school couldn't compete. I want my kids to have the best possible opportunities to succeed in life. Once you compare what is offered both in and out of the classroom at SJCDS to other schools in the area (including other independent schools), I have no doubt you'll see what we found there. My kids are thriving and we feel so fortunate to have discovered this gem!
