My family member was transported to Life Care Center from the hospital in the evening. Life Care Center knew days in advance my family member was coming, that they had special needs, and that they had meds that were needed and not provided until a day later. They were in no way ready for them nor did they care that my family member had arrived. The CNA on duty took the "CARE" out of Caregiver.

Awful service. No stars.

So far so good. Everyone has been very comforting. 24/7 visiting hours and pets can visit too :)
