She proudly balances her time between medicine and family life as a wife and mother of two children. Dr. Butler attributes all achievements to her loving husband, parents, sisters and in-laws.
- Family PracticeA resident of Clay County since 1976, Dr. Butler attended Montclair Elementary, Lakeside JHS, and Orange Park HS. She graduated in 1998 from University of Florida, with honors in Neuroscience and Nutrition. After graduating from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2004, Dr. Butler completed residency at Jacksonville's St. Vincent's Family Medicine Residency Program and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Emergency CareDebbi is an AANP and ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She has been in healthcare for 15 years starting in EMS working both in the field and in the Emergency Department. She then became a RN while in the ER, continuing to surgery and then as a Director of Education. Her experiences with acute and chronic illnesses have prepared her for the transition into Primary Care. She believes in meeting patients where they are at, in their healthcare journey and working with them to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree through the College at Brockport. She started her nursing career in Neurology in the step down unit. She then transitioned to the ER where she was able to gain experience in acute care. Her goal for her patients is to provide holistic care with a focus on education...
- AutismDebbi has been a local to the area since 1989. She has one daughter studying Psychology at FSU, who hopes to pursue a career helping children on the autism spectrum. Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and you can usually find her doing some sort of challenge associated with exercise and wellness.
