I have been bringing our family's dry cleaning here for over 20 years. Only once was there a flaw in the cleaning...a dried glob of what seemed like laundry detergent was left on a dry cleaned Hawaiian shirt. It didn't damage the shirt, it was just iccky. Removal of food stains is so-so, but be sure to note it when turning items in, and make sure they mark the garment. I would recommend them as a good low cost dry cleaners if you are looking to spend less than forty dollars to clean twenty items. Watch for coupons in mailers also.
I submitted a beige jacket w/ black trim to be drycleaned. The clerk made no mention of any risk of the black bleeding onto the beige fabric. But it did. They claim that it wasn't their fault, would not do anything about it and would not apologize. No compensation was given, no fault admitted. The jacket cost over $300, and the manager claimed that the black material was cheap and was the reason why it bled.
