i had a good experience at cassys. the guy that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable too, i would have never guessed lol :) they have a lot of stuff of everything i think. i like the stuff they have. only bad thing i noticed was some things were a lil more pricier. but overall i'm happy with cassys. i'd go back!

Great place to find quality weave hair in hard to find colors. They have a wide range of cosmetics including GloMinerals, and Joe Blasco. They have every type of hair product you could imagine and more. Don't come looking for bargains, but if you need something that has to do with beauty....including a very large collection of false eyelashes....this is the place.

I work at a Salon in Orange County and have been hair for years? I have gone to several beauty supply stores and this is by far the worst.I went in to purchase a color, I was nervous about getting the correct color, and needed to take the box back with me to the salon to be sure. The woman working at the front of the store helped me make my selection, and I left. As it turned out the color was not correct and I went back to exchange the color with another color. This time there was a man working at the front and he told me there are not returns. I told him I was not ?returning? I was ?exchanging.? He told me I had contaminated the product, I showed him the box (I had not even opened it!!!!!). He told me that all sales are final and that I was just out of luck.So that?s $150 down the drain for me. I encourage stylist not to shop at this store, we should not support stores that do not stand behind their products.
