The owners that run the place were always very polite and accommodating. I’ve rented there for more than 5 years. The place is always clean and well kept.

I used this company as an over spill when we were full but the person who runs/owns it from very first contact is rude and threatening
After a while we decided to vacate because of the behaviour that's when things got really bad she was paid in full but after threatened us with her dangerous dog then extorted another £100 using our customers storage as ransom
I have never seen such bizarre behaviour she stole our keys from the padlocks and refuses to give us invoices
