The duct cleaning service was great. Don & Travis were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were efficient and pleasant. I will definitely use Shambaugh for my other cleaning needs.

The first time I used this company to clean my carpets I was quite satisfied. I had a few questions after the fact and always received an answer from a knowledgeable and very courteous person associated with Shambaugh. Fast forward several years I was in dire need of having my carpets cleaned for a number of reasons and called on them again. Austin & Mike were professional and sincere and kind. They did an amazing job on my carpet as they got out a number of stains with ease! Stains I truly did not believe would be able to be removed!!! The company provided me with 2 pair of booties to go over my shoes to wear for the remainder of day 1 and a bottle of their stain remover with simple instructions, should my carpet get soiled again!!! Although the cost is on the high end, truth be told..... you do get what you pay for and then some with Shambaugh!

Guy came to clean our carpet and he did a wonderful job. We will definitely be asking Shambaugh back to clean the carpets again.

We have 4 very active grandchildren which means dirty shoes tracking across the carpet and drinks or food getting spilled from time to time. After trying the other cheaper carpet cleaning companies in town, we decided to try Shambaugh's for the first time last month. WOW were we impressed. You couldn't tell where the normal traffic patterns was nor could you see a difference in the carpet where we have a rug for our wet/dirty shoes at the back door. Stains that the others couldn't touch, the Shambaugh guys were able to remove without any problem. Add a professional and knowledgeable staff and you get the best of both worlds. It really was quality work done by quality people. Not only have they earned my business in the future but I will highly recommend them to my family and friends without any reservation. Received a price quote to clean my carpet and sofa. After cleaning they presented a bill to my husband that was $200 more than quoted. He paid it because he did not realize that it was so much higher than the quote. I requested a call from the owner to discuss the situation and 12 days later have not received any response. They did a good job on the cleaning but the costs was out of this world. What's the point in getting an estimate?

I've used Shambaugh's for years to clean my carpets. I've never been disappointed. They have continued to be professional and courteous with every appointment. I know that there are other carpet cleaners out there that advertise a cheaper price, but with the service I'm receiving I'm wondering what it is they are leaving out to account for the discounted cost?

Whatever they used on my carpet was not good, we now have splotches of discolorization. Still remained wet for almost two days and once it did dry, well it is now multi colored tan carpet with spots ranging from almost white to light tan. Great Job Andy's thank you for ruining two year old carpet and thank you for the return call also to show exactly how concerned you were that this happened.

They came out and cleaned my tile and grout and did a fantastic job! I have had other "cheaper" companies do it before. I paid more this time but it was well worth it because my carpets and tile and grout look BRAND NEW. I will never call the other guys again.

I usually don't care about reviews but the cost of this company just to clean your carpets or tile is absurd. I tried to stay local but another company that does the exact same thing was a lot more reasonable. I just wanted my floors cleaned. I didn't want to pay for a new one but with those prices I could have.

When my husband left the kitchen faucet run for 90 minutes with the sink stopper in the entire kitchen flooded. We had recently installed new laminate flooring and I was devistated! I wanted a locally owned company so I called Shambaugh. This happened around noon on a Saturday, my call was put through to the owner Jeremy. He arrived w/in 45 minutes! Jeremy was very detailed, friendly and helpful as was his staff. My first call will be to these guys if I ever need restoration services.
