Fadi Aiawil bought the shop a month ago- NEW OWNER. Charges 25% more than ABC Smoke Shop across the street. I bought a 2 pound bag of tobacco as they told me it was the correct product (it wasn't). Brought the Unopened bag back with the receipt in the shopping bag they gave me and they FLAT OUT REFUSED to REFUND me. The receipt did not have the policy. No Refund Policy sign is posted per CA Law either. He brought one out of the back room when I asked to see the policy.This shop breaks CA laws. The policy must be displayed either at Each entrance to the store, at Each cash register and sales counter, on tags attached to each item, or on the company's order forms, if any. A return policy printed only on a receipt, for example, is not sufficient.
