I had a reveal cake for my son and daugther in laws party 2 months ago and it was perfect. The service was great, the cake was really good and I was very pleased. I am going back to have the baby shower cake and cupcakes made there this month.

Horrible customer service low key racist. My fiance and I(black couple) walked in and took a seat as male worker(kyle) was on the phone an female worker(edna) was with customer. I guess Black customer don't deserve good service. Neither acknowldged us or said hi or we'll be right with u. A few mins later a elderly white woman and two hispanic women enter, the two ladies sit as well. Once kyle is free he begins to help white lady without even saying whose next AND he clearly knew we were there first. Then threw up his hands as if he didn't know who was next. After expressing our feelings we decided not to give them our business.

Ontario Bakery supplied the cake for our wedding in 2006 and it was so amazing that now my brother will be using them for his wedding in 2008! I'm also planning to use them for the Bridal Shower next month. The staff is always very helpful and attentive and their cakes are awesome! Prices are very reasonable too!

So many people are going cake crazy these days and ordering these outrageous wedding cakes for tons of money. I have to tell you with all the weddings we've been to and all the expensive cake tales we've heard and the cakes we've personally tried. Nothing compares to their Fresh Banana Nut Cake. We ordered this for my Grandfathers 99th birthday and everyone said this was the Best cake they have remembered eating in a very long time. There cakes look great and taste wonderful..., I wouldn't order from anyone else.

I hired Ontario to create my wedding cake in 2001 and again to create a cake for my 20 year class reunion in 2004 and both times they didn't fail to impress not only myself, but the attendees of both events as well. I will definitely have this bakery create any future cakes for me. Katt
