I worked at Miken a couple years ago. I think miken gave me many opportunities and helped me succeed in life. They paid very good and kept me busy all the time, the employee's are very nice and every one works hard. Miken is a construction company that keeps building it self up more and more. Its great and it helped a lot.

I always found them to have a high level of professionalism and effective communication, making each transaction a smooth one. From upper management on down, they're a solid and efficient organization.

They pay on time, they are not always clear on what exactly they want done, they are slow to respond on questions, most project managers are easy to talk to, are responsible on time frames to complete work in most cases, the pay is below average in some areas. Overall willing to do work for them.
