OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once again, the 5th time in 4 weeks I was left with my tail hanging out and my back door open. I use a wheelchair and my lift broke. It went up to the bumper but would not complete the process into the back of my van. AAA came and the first flat bed driver, Jose, had a trailer flat bed and he was uncomfortable with the chair hanging out the back of the van even though it was secured on the platform so he called for a regular flat bed which came about 20 minutes later.

Lucky is the driver and he is as wonderful as Jose. No worries, no issues, no conversations about me staying in my car as the law allows and he secured the lift and my back door and off to home we went. When we got home, he got the car off the truck and into my garage and retrieved 2 bungee cords from my linen cabinet so that the van back door could be secured enough to close my garage door. OUTSTANDING!!!

People with disAbilities are vulnerable and when tow companies do not follow the law as it states that we can stay in our car, seat belts on, 4 wheels down, key out of the ignition, car in park, emergency brake on we are trapped wherever we are. I have had this happen more than once and my being stuck for up to 8 hours with no where to go, no food, no drink and no restroom is unconscionable but it happens all too frequently. Airport Mobil Towing, Jos and especially Lucky are the amazing rule everyone should follow. BTW, Lucky will be changing careers shortly. He got his EMT license and it happens he totally got my situation because he knows what happens to us. I wish him all the best in his new endeavor and his patients will be the lucky ones. His heart and compassion are unmeasured.

Thank you Airport Mobil Towing!!! You hire only the best. I wish I lived in your service area. I just happened to be in your service area when the lift broke and if it had to happen, I am soooo glad it was where you operate!!!

Driver was nice, got there in less that twenty minutes.
