      I was very dissatisfied with my 2 torpedos and coworkers 2 torpedo that we got from Oneonta Captain D's, on 10-2-07. They were very visibly BURNT on top and the inside buns. I got my order to go, so I didn't see this until I got back to work. I do work and have only 30 minutes for lunch, and I had to go and return the torpedos. My lunch and coworkers lunch, was ruined. When I took them back, showed them they were burnt, she took them back to the kitchen, and never said I am sorry about that or anything. I had given the tickets back to her and said make them exactly like the order ticket.When I got back to work, I still did not get the extra sauce on my 2 torpedos. And I had specifically asked for extra sauce and said that I didn't like them to be dry. And they were NO Extra SAUCE on them if any. Still I was never told I am sorry.

      At our Oneonta, AL location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.
