Overhead Door Company offered exceptional service. I scheduled a routine garage door inspection. The employee, Chuck, arrived on time. He was so friendly. He listened well to my concerns and requests, and got to work. I could hear the improvements from inside- the door began to open and close so much quieter. . After he made needed adjustments, he explained everything he found and did. He also explained what contributed to intermittent problems that arose prior year. It was great to be educated. He was very friendly and did excellent work. I’ll definitely use this company again. Chuck was so nice and competent!

My wife and I live in La Crosse, WI and had a new garage door and opener installed. I had checked Menards because of a low price I saw advertised on TV, but after trying spending 1 week to find someone who could install it for another $100...nobody returned a call!! I called the Overhead Door Company in Onalaska and they had it done in 3 days, for LESS MONEY INSTALLED.

The guy Pete who came out was a pretty straight shooter. We wanted a pretty nice opener, which was about $200 more and he said for our door, the less expensive model would be fine. Wow, honesty??? Make sure to look for the red ribbon for the Overhead Door company, because there are some similar names.
