I'm a chronicly ill person. My only complaint you -never know which mood will walk into exam room. Office staff is very slack on taking vitals on a regular basis. The staff is helpful but has expanded so much I do wish they wore name tags. I would like a good bedside manner when in hospital, smile and keep me informed.
