      The Best Service in Towns for Years

      I have been a customer for many years. My parents and my friends guided me to go here for my glasses. Service abounds, and always greeted with a smile. They are outstanding staff. I would go if you are looking for new glasses. They adjust my frames perfectly, and for free each time. Easy access for elderly individuals. Thank you, Eye Essentials.

      Disappointed.... customer loyalty means nothing here

      Terrible service. Rude staff. No apology for screw up. Staff acts like they are doing you a favor for being a customer. I can think of no worse place in Omaha to do business. Even Wal-mart treats their customers better, and at least at Wal-mart you can talk to a manager that CARES. Not here. If as a customer, you enjoy being treated like you are not valued, and a nuisance, this is the place for you. Shameful and embarrassing. Being located in the "professional" building is an oxymoron.
