Buyers beware! Purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Effect. Day 2 we noticed a shake in rear wheel. Contacted Omar, he said there is no warranty and he never experienced this problem we were having. Then within the next week a couple maintenance lights came on. Again Omar said he didnt have these problems with the Jeep. Since the Jeep was a salvage title I know that there was work done on the Jeep, so I asked him for information on the shop that did the work. Hoping to take it to them to have it checked out. No response from Omar. This dealer says customer service is top priority. Haha! Once we left the lot Omar wanted nothing to do with the problems we were having. All within 2 weeks of purchasing Jeep. Omar will not respond to messages. What a joke of a business. We ended up having to take the Jeep to a Jeep dealer to have repairs done. Could only drive 30 mph to shop because of rear wheel shaking so violently. Again contacted Omar, and again NO response. Ended up part of the problem we encountered was due to the repairs that were done. Fortunately the Jeep dealer was able to fix it. Unfortunately 100% of the cost was on our dime because Omar would not respond to messages. Still wont!

Do your research on any car that this company is selling. Looked at the 2014 Nissan Maxima with 2000 miles on it, I was told that it was vandalized and minor rear end damage. Took the car to a mechanic and before he got the car on the lift he could tell there was major damage to the vehicle. Major collision to the front and back of the car. Actually had dry wall screws holding the headlight and drivers side wheel welll in place. Front cross bars were severely damaged and not fixed properly. I talked with a salvage dealer from another state and he said run from the car, Effect Auto payed way TOO much for the car and is will pass it on to the next guy that walks in and doesn't do their research. Nice gentlemen, but they are liars and just trying to make money.
