I am a registered Nurse who was referred by my Primary Care Doctor to Dr. Chudomelka. I was unable to work due to the pain raditing down my leg and back. My primary care doctor had gone to her for a similar problem. He had excellent results and continues to send his patients to her. Too often a patient is referred to a surgeon, and they have surgery unnecessarily, or are referred to the surgeon's employees, who may have a conflict of interest. So, I decided to give it a try. I wanted to avoid surgery. Dr. C. is efficient, proficient and very professional. She appropriately diagnosed my situation and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. I proceeded with the injection and now I am back to work. I was on the verge of surgery, and now I have avoided surgery and am back to work. As a nurse, I have heard this same report about Dr. C. Now I can report it from first hand perspective. And, I barely knew that I was being injected during the procedure.
