AWESOME STAFF!! Take customer service to the ultimate. I left for vacation 4/19/13 (Panama Canal Cruise), and discovered medications were left at home while waiting for Omaha departing flight. I called CVS to inquire about getting prescription forwarded to a pharmacy in Los Angeles. "Tyler" made everything happen. I contacted my issuing pharmacy at Offutt AFB; and gave Tyler the medication information and Offutt AFB contact. I received two voice-mails when changing planes in Dallas - automated CVS message indicating prescription was waiting at Los Angles pharmacy, and a message from the Los Angeles pharmacy indicating they had a prescription waiting for me. Los Angeles pharmacy was a short cab ride from airport area hotel - took me less than 45 minutes to get to pharmacy, get prescriptions, and return to the hotel. All because Tyler took the time to help a customer he had never met before and who was a first time CVS pharmacy customer. CVS gets my future business.
