Even though you may see a Nebraska Better Business rating favorable to this business, stay away. I had a garage addition put on my home in 2004. This firm provided a building survey to get a permit with the city of Omaha for my contractor. The bottom line is that the company didn't do the appropriate research and when my neighbor complained that my contractor built too close to the property line, the city of Omaha told Jeremy Carrell (owner's son) to correct the problem. He LIED to me that he was working on correcting the problem. He actually did no work. When I had the BBB intervene so that I could get a signature from my neighbor, the business could not forward me the necessary documents. This was further proof that no work was accomplished in this area. After talking to a lawyer I have a plan in place but it is no thanks to this business.

Carrell had its membership in the BBB suspended as a result of ignoring my complaint. They agreed to correct the property documents associated with my garage addition at the City of Omaha's request and didn't follow through on their promise. They had me sign documents and never filed them with the City/County. They promised to deliver on completed documents and then ignore me when I call and ask where are the documents.
