My fiance and I went for both contacts and glasses. The service was okay but the equipment and display glasses was dirty we both couldn't see through the lens during the exam. I told them I couldn't see yet he didn't listen and continue with the exam. Now we have 2 pair of glasses that's useless because the prescription is not correct. Plus $180 box of contacts that don't fit my eye correctly while being dizzy because the prescription is not correct. I want to go back so badly to have them fix their mistakes but I'm at the point where I don't trust them anymore with my time or money!
Don't go to these guys! You're going to be frustrated and out of money. I would not recommend America's Best services to anyone not even the homeless.

If there were 0 stars I would rate America's Best that. This is absolutely the WORST PLACE to go! This place, and in general this company, are very unprofressional and have no business being open. The staff has no clue what is going on and each time I would call to make an appointment they would ask me repeatedly why I was coming in. The doctors took minutes with me and although I was in for a contact lens check up for contacts they prescribed that were not working and irritating my eyes and they asked me, to my face, why I was there as if there was no reason I should be there. DON'T TRY AND SAVE MONEY BY GOING HERE, SPEND THE EXTRA $50 AND GET CARE FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Go ahead and schedule an appointment. Maybe you'll get lucky and won't have to wait 40 minutes before the preliminary eye exam. Maybe, an hour-and-a-half later, you'll walk out of there empty handed, minus an eye exam. Maybe, the customer service people will treat you better than the people at the county treasurer's office. And maybe, one day, I can stop dreaming. Horrible service, horrible wait, worst eye place I've ever set foot in.
