  Area rugs require frequent cleaning just as carpet does. In fact, depending on where the area rugs are located within the home, they may need to be professionally cleaned more frequently than the carpets.   Your grout will look brand new again. After cleaning, we can seal to the tile and grout to help keep it clean. Or, we can permanently recolor your grout to any color you'd like.
• Vacuuming
  Vacuuming is a very important part of the cleaning process because it removes any loose debris that would otherwise block our cleaning chemicals from contacting other, more embedded debris. Plus, excess hair, pin needles, and sand can damage our truck-mounted system.
• Odor Removal
  *Severe soil conditions and commercial jobs are excluded from guarantees. We cannot guarantee 100% odor removal from any given room. Carpet odors frequently spread to other objects in the room so they won't necessarily be remedied by our cleaning services.

  The first rule in spot removal is to remove it as quickly as possible! In some situations, the longer a spot sits untreated, the better the chance is has to chemically bond with the fibers, creating a permanent stain. In fact, synthetic spills such as Kool Aid or Listerine must be cleaned up immediately to even have a chance at removal.
• Steam Cleaning
  Minor Stain and Odor Treatment: We use Matrix Miracle oxidizer which contains no harsh chemicals, is entirely organic, and is 100% biodegradable. The solution is sprayed on each urine spot before steam cleaning to neutralize the urine bacteria and ammonia that cause the visible stain and the odor. If either the stain or odor still remain after cleaning, we will apply additional topical treatments including Matrix Bad Dog and\or Hydramaster Multiphase deodorizer.
• Leather Cleaning
  First, we inspect the leather, searching for cracks, cuts, blemishes and imperfections. Areas in which the coating is weakened or nonexistent are susceptible to damage from the leather cleaning chemical.
