I love this vacuum! The young men who demonstrated the products were very nice and funny, and the vacuum amazed me. I spoke with the Sales Manager, who made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I have a dog and a cat, and this vacuum handles the workload so well, and picks up the fine dirt my old vacuum missed. I also have hardwood floors, and the floor attachment works a treat. This company has horrible customer service! I was hung up on 3 times and the guy that answered the phone answerd "what do you want!" That was the first time I called. I asked to speek with a manager and he hung up....never doing business with them ever!
