The employees at this location do not know their blizzard recipes! Every time I order one, it is not made correctly. It's like they just stick some chocolate slivers in it and call it done, If they are not sure what to put in it. This is not a new place anymore. They have had time to learn how to make all the menu items. Food is just ok, nothing to brag about.

Ice cream is always melted! Don't expect to get them all at once either. You usually have to wait 4-5 minutes before you get the second item you ordered. I have been to many DQ's in this state as well as in others and no other restaurants serve melted ice cream. Always disappointing! The The staff is always friendly and quick to greet the customers. The inside is always pretty clean. I hope these issues are brought up to the attention of DQ owners.

I got two "bakes" at the drive through. Since they're called bakes and described as snack melts you'd expect them to be hot. As I pulled away I peaked in the bag, touched them, cold as a stone. When I got home I noticed the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. The tortilla was hardly, if at all, more brown than an uncooked one. I called and this is where it got crazy. The assistant said the cheese isn't supposed to be melted, she said she baked them herself and they were so hot she could barely touch them. She said I should have said something at the time to prove they were cold. I told here I didn't want to go through the long drive thru line and she said I should have come in. She as much as called me a liar, never let me complete a SINGLE sentence, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and told me she was trying to run a restaurant and didn't have time for this. She hung up on me TWICE.
